1. Who we are

MAHALA404 is an experimental AI-powered transmedia series operated by Ivan Tride EOOD, Plovdiv, Bulgaria (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@mahala404.com.

2. What this site offers

Through mahala404.com you can support the project and pre-order physical rewards (posters, stickers, t-shirts). Payments are processed by Stripe - we never see or store your card details.

3. Pre-orders and shipping

Tier 2 and Tier 3 are pre-orders. Physical rewards are produced after the campaign closes.
Shipping starts approximately 30 days after campaign close. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Shipping address, phone and email are collected at checkout for delivery purposes.
Tier 1 is a support contribution and includes a digital thank-you message by email; it involves no physical delivery.

4. Prices

All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the MAHALA404 universe - characters (including Osman and Datalyn), stories, visuals, music, videos, logos and merch designs - is the property of Ivan Tride EOOD. You may not reproduce or commercially use it without written permission.

6. The experimental part

MAHALA404 is an evolving creative experiment. Features marked “coming soon” (for example the Datalyn voice line) are announcements of intent, not promises with dates. Episodes, timelines and content may change as the universe develops.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Bulgarian and EU law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. EU consumers may also use the EU ODR platform.
